The right candidate will design, implement and oversee the frontline and manager training for all UCSD system sites, specifically tailored to the Environmental Services Department. In this role, among other duties, the System Training Manager will select training topics, design syllabi, conduct EVS new hire orientation, track and monitor training compliance, and support sites with training campaigns, and programs. This includes; onboarding new employees, leading department orientation for environmental services, conducting initial safety training, completing monthly department Safety Training, administering safety audits, evaluating the patient experience program to improve patient satisfaction scores, and facilitating courses and workshops to increase awareness and grow the skills of others, and assist in the development of training strategy. Identify and implement new ideas, technologies, or processes to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, cost-savings, and improved patient satisfaction scores
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSPay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $67,200 - $119,600 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $32.18 - $57.28
