This role will partner with teams across Snowflake to build, enhance, and run a wide range of processes to support the Snowflake product teams. This is an in-person role. You will be based in San Mateo or Dublin (California).

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide counseling and guidance on new and existing features, services, and products.
  • Consult and advise on product plans and launches, including working with the business requestor to understand the proposed activities, evaluate them, and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Create and support continuous improvements of forms, policies, and processes to streamline, simplify, and automate support of the Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Work cross-functionally within the legal team and the broader organization, including with product, engineering, privacy, security and compliance, intellectual property, and sales.
  • Provide sound, practical advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders.
REQUIREMENTS :
  • JD from an accredited law school, membership in at least one state bar, and ability to practice in California
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Technical savvy with ability to quickly learn and support new paradigms
  • Ability to explain complicated concepts in simple terms
  • Attitude that no project is too big or too small
  • Comfort working in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Sense of humor!

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $201,000 - $286,650.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
