Job Description: The Data Analyst role requires the maintenance of the product records for Robotics systems and will have a solid understanding of the Product Lifecycle and Engineering Change Management Processes.
This role requires control of the Change Management activities to ensure that documentation releases and changes follow the proper processes within the PLM (Agile) system.
The Change Analyst will work cross-functionally with all team members and will have the ability to produce results working independently. The Change Analyst will manage the ECO log/aging report and will be responsible for maintaining the data integrity for the PLM systems of record.
Provide metrics that define the performance of the Change Analysis process. Maintain a high level of information accuracy and data integrity through all aspects of the change process. Hands-on experience with PLM systems, knowledge of Agile. Familiar with complex products and BOMs structures. Excellent time management skills and work independently.

This position will be responsible for:
* Support effective decision-making through economic, financial and market analysis of critical issues, including capacity planning, price and cost modeling, and returns on investment.
*Support the capacity forecasting, budgeting and reporting efforts for operating expense, capital and resource allocation.
*Design and coordinate the development of systems and tools to keep pace with the group's growing and rapidly changing businesses.

Job Qualifications:
* Experience in Agile and EBS solutions
*Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field. A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and 0-3 years of capacity experience.
*Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
*Direct experience in operations or capacity planning a plus.
*Fluency in standard software including MS Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
*Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
*Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
