Helix Electric is currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator for our Las Vegas Team!! The Coordinator will play an integral role in our Service Department. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support functions for multiple projects simultaneously. We are seeking a candidate who is highly structured, possesses leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and performs well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Day to Day :

  • Performs dispatching service technicians, scheduling service calls, and job tracking
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
  • Prepare invoices
  • Collect and process payments
  • Run daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Sort and process various project documents
  • Maintain job log and customer information
  • Weekly payroll
  • Monitor job costs
  • File preliminary notices with State Construction Registry (SCR)
  • File building permits with various cities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years administrative experience
  • Prior payroll experience
  • Minimum of High School Diploma required
  • Solid communication skills, organized, structured, and able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service internally to our fellow employees, vendors, and customers
  • Ability to create spreadsheets, proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Knowledge in CMiC Software helpful, but not necessary
  • Experience with Housecall Pro a plus
