Reporting to the VP, On Premise Marketing, you will translate our national strategy into actionable plans at the field level. You will secure agreement among the twelve regional marketing teams to ensure that our strategies, activations, and events increase substantial growth across the On Premise channel. You will develop and implement well-balanced annual business plans across all regions. Drawing from both national and regional insights and adapting to diverse local market conditions, you will provide expert guidance to our regional On Premise Marketing leaders, ensuring successful execution of initiatives that resonate with local audiences. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding regional marketing leads on performance management and goal development.
